Being confident in God, or being confident God hears you, is a good thing.
We should pray or talk to God often, (daily, several or many times in a day).
God does not test us to see what we will do. God knows everything, including how we will act or react in a trial before it happens. We learn by what happens, how we respond when we are tried.
God visits us with dreams and visions.
In a slippery, dangerous world God gives us a 'grip' on what's going on. He keeps us from falling, and protects us.
If the enemy, or anyone, can convince you God does not care for you, your faith is in danger.
It is not your hold on Jesus that saves you, it is Jesus, Himself, what He did, what He has done, and His hold on you, that saves you.
