We should live and work for the glory of God.

Christianity is not only about keeping from doing bad deeds, but is also about doing good deeds.

Bible study should lead to 'Bible doing'.

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.

9 There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on sinning--for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. 10 But there will be glory and honor and peace from God for all who do good--for the Jew first and also for the Gentile.

For God does not show favoritism.

22 And remember, it is a message to obey, not just to listen to. If you don't obey, you are only fooling yourself. 23 For if you just listen and don't obey, it is like looking at your face in a mirror but doing nothing to improve your appearance. 24 You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. 25 But if you keep looking steadily into God's perfect law--the law that sets you free--and if you do what it says and don't forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

24 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
