The way to walk in peace is to be spiritually and heavenly minded.

You cannot fix you. You need God to do that.

We should make the Kingdom of God our primary concern.

8 But now is the time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language. 9 Don't lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old evil nature and all its wicked deeds. 10 In its place you have clothed yourselves with a brand-new nature that is continually being renewed as you learn more and more about Christ, who created this new nature within you.

8 "No," Peter protested, "you will never wash my feet!" Jesus replied, "But if I don't wash you, you won't belong to me." 9 Simon Peter exclaimed, "Then wash my hands and head as well, Lord, not just my feet!"

Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.

"Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give it up for me, you will find it.

and he will give you all you need from day to day if you live for him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern.

But He said, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God."

2 I had to feed you with milk and not with solid food, because you couldn't handle anything stronger. And you still aren't ready, 3 for you are still controlled by your own sinful desires. You are jealous of one another and quarrel with each other. Doesn't that prove you are controlled by your own desires? You are acting like people who don't belong to the Lord.

Since Christ lives within you, even though your body will die because of sin, your spirit is alive because you have been made right with God.

These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication...

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit...

44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common,45 and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all as anyone had need.

47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.

Examine yourselves to see if your faith is really genuine. Test yourselves. If you cannot tell that Jesus Christ is among you, it means you have failed the test.

In your strength I can crush an army; with my God I can scale any wall.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
