Don't focus on today's groaning but on tomorrow's glory.

We often don't know how to pray.

Our prayers should always be directed to God but not directing God.

When you love God He will use all things, good and bad, for our ultimate good and His ultimate purpose.

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed --

And even we Christians, although we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, also groan to be released from pain and suffering. We, too, wait anxiously for that day when God will give us our full rights as his children, including the new bodies he has promised us.

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."

For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven,

Now that we are saved, we eagerly look forward to this freedom. For if you already have something, you don't need to hope for it.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

What is faith? It is the confident assurance that what we hope for is going to happen. It is the evidence of things we cannot yet see.

being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our distress. For we don't even know what we should pray for, nor how we should pray. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.

20 If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.

23 but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness,24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

36 And Jacob their father said to them, "You have bereaved me: Joseph is no more, Simeon is no more, and you want to take Benjamin. All these things are against me."

But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

But as it is written:
"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
