1 Corinthians 9:24-27 - Shine On

Life Lesson (verse 1 Corinthians 9:24)

We should run, not walk, for the prize of eternal heavenly rewards.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Corinthians 9:25)

We should live for eternal spiritual rewards. What we do in this life matters... forever.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Corinthians 9:26)

Don't be a spiritual spectator. Aim at the prize of serving God and go for it.

1 Cor 9:24 NLT

Don't you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!

"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.
