Your back is uncovered when you are alone and when you are in a battle. So you are not safe when you are both alone and in battles. The thing is... life is filled with battles.

It is spiritually important and strategic to

1. Make sure you're speaking and communicating clearly. What did you just hear me say?
2. Make sure what you're hearing, and you are hearing correctly.

When you are already in a battle is not the best time to make friends. When you are not in a battle, is the best time to make friends.

The battle is the Lord’s, but the Lord expects us to be dressed for the battle.

Being part of a spiritual community will help you endure many spiritual battles. It is an important part of your spiritual life – being fruitful, peaceful and productive.

You can do all things, but you can't do everything.

If you are not part of a spiritual community, a church, it will cause you much defeat in your spiritual life and battles. Not being part of a spiritual community, will cause you to be less fruitful, less peaceful, and less productive.

For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.
