The best things in life aren’t things.

Don’t be satisfied with ‘the good life’ but with ‘the God life’.

God wants to meet your needs.

Jesus brings us great joy.

37 He said to his disciples, "The harvest is so great, but the workers are so few. 38 So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send out more workers for his fields."

38 If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine. 39 If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give it up for me, you will find it.

Whoever clings to this life will lose it, and whoever loses this life will save it.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope.

A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

2 You must crave pure spiritual milk so that you can grow into the fullness of your salvation. Cry out for this nourishment as a baby cries for milk, 3 now that you have had a taste of the Lord's kindness.

12 You have been Christians a long time now, and you ought to be teaching others. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things a beginner must learn about the Scriptures. You are like babies who drink only milk and cannot eat solid food. 13 And a person who is living on milk isn't very far along in the Christian life and doesn't know much about doing what is right. 14 Solid food is for those who are mature, who have trained themselves to recognize the difference between right and wrong and then do what is right.

Then Peter began to say to Him, "See, we have left all and followed You."
